Health Market Research and Reviewer Development

What actually helps who? how? why?

On paper and beyond, we do N of 1+ at scope and scale.

One real body at a time, until patterns no single person could see begin to surface.

First, the words
health reviewer (n.)
1.
Institutional

A licensed professional reviewing care, claims, or research inside the system: utilization review nurses, clinical and claims reviewers, journal peer reviewers. Essential work, done from the outside, in aggregate, on the system’s timeline.

2.
Editorial & public

Someone reviewing health content for an audience: the “medically reviewed by” editors, technology reviewers, writers and creators. The public’s first line of trust, and the one drowning fastest.

3.
The sense we’re adding

Someone trained to read and report on health-related papers, proposals, technologies, claims, and experiences, starting with their own body, so they can review and report more accurately.

One instrument, five targets, three tenses: the evidence behind you, the experience within you, the perception in front of you.

You’re already one, over your own health. You’ve just never been trained. Start where you stand →

“In a world where anyone can manufacture ten thousand reviews in an afternoon, the only review with residual value is one with a calibrated body, a method, and a disclosure behind it.

From medical journals to blog posts, the trustworthiness of reviews is hurting us all, and the flood of manufactured content is finishing the job. The established system reviews from the outside, in aggregate, on its own timeline. It does essential work. But no rung of that stack captures the lived, first-person, longitudinal layer: what something is actually like inside your body, over time.

We are not replacing any existing reviewer role. Our certification supplies the missing root beneath all of them, the skill itself, and the missing layer between them: first-person, embodied, longitudinal review. And when our certified reviewers publish, disclosure is wired into the credential itself.

How the work flows

Projects open, fill, and close. Training keeps you ready.

The engine

Contracted projects

Device makers, clinics, and studios contract limited review projects. Their budgets are why participant access is free, and every finding feeds the shared record.

Two ways to stand

Participant or reviewer

Participants join a specific project: no certification, just honest before-and-after. Certified Health Reviewers climb the path, and the further they go, the more projects open to them.

The dividend

You get sharper

Session by session you get better at reading your own body: what shifts, what’s real, what’s true for you. That skill compounds, and it stays.

Every project is also a doorway.

Trust, by construction

Independent isn’t a slogan here. It’s the architecture.

How we can afford to give this away: we already make our living in health technology, through research, independent audits, business development, and partnerships. The reviewer program isn’t a bill we plan to send you later; it’s how we scale work we’re already paid for.

And here’s the guardrail: yes, we’re commercially active in this space. That is exactly why the instrument is independent by construction, non-diagnostic, and never weighted by anyone whose technology it evaluates. We name the money and the firewall in the same breath, on purpose.

You are a research partner, not a customer. The base certification, the training, and the app are free, and stay free. You pay with your attention, your action, and your honest reviews. A careful “it did nothing for me” is worth exactly as much to us as a rave.

Non-diagnostic · Device-owned · Independent · N=1 × ∞

Become the instrument.

You already carry the only instrument this research needs. We teach you to read it, and the world is getting louder about needing people who can.
